Whether you are a first time home buyer, new investor or a seasoned pro, here are some of my favourite books, blogs and newsletters that you might find useful. I'll be adding to this post as time permits but if I have missed any, please let me know.
Book: Real Estate Investing in Canada: Creating Wealth with the ACRE System
Who is it for: Investors of any level - an absolute must for all new investors
What is it about: The book reads like a novel, it gives some great basic ideas and will open your eyes to the possibilities that lay ahead for you as investor. You'll want to read/learn more after this but definately worth the read. I've personally read and enjoyed it. The Fraser Valley Library has a couple of copies available so you can get it for free or buy it for only $24 at Amazon.ca.
