MLS listings of Investor Friendly Condos in Langley increased by 9 this week. However, the only reason for this is that the new condo development "Elements" in Willoughby listed some of their units on the MLS. We currently have 72 "investor friendly" condo units for sale in Langley.

Lowest price $113,000
Highest pice $348,800

What is not reflected in these numbers is the 100's of brand new condo units available for sale but not listed on the MLS.

Langley Investment Condo Opportunity

I have identified three investment opportunities in Langley. All are condominiums that will cash flow.

Condo 1 needs a substantial renovation but can be purchased for under $115,000

Condo 2 is brand new and is priced under $170,000. I purchased one of these myself.

Condo 3 is asking $145,000. I am personally negotiating to purchase this condo myself but if the deal does not come together, I will be able to predict what the seller is willing to accept.
