A great new Townhouse Development by Parklane "Time at Walnut Grove" is having their Grand Opening this Saturday, January 23, 2010.  The show homes will be ready for viewing and Parklane will also be releasing Phase 3 of the development on this day.

Home sizes at "Time" range from 1030 Sq Ft to 1785 Sq Ft and prices start at only $309,000 + GST.

I took a client there recently and although my client didn't buy a home, we were impressed by these townhomes.  The location of the development is handy for those that work in Walnut Grove or Port Kells but the street noise from 96th Ave may put some buyers off.  If street noise is not an issue for you, the units along 96th Avenue seem to be a good value.
