Top Negotiating Skills:  Negotiating is what I do.  I sell more homes each year than 90% of all other agents in the Fraser Valley, so not only am I an experienced negotiator, I'm an expert negotiator.  I am able to achieve the best deals, just by knowing the right points to bring up.  And this doesn’t just apply to the negotiating table.  Often, one of the most valuable services I will provide to you will be pulling a deal back together when it has gone sideways, or bringing a buyer back when they are having second thoughts.  It is this kind of exceptional service that I will apply to all aspects of your real estate experience, because at the end of the day, I want you to get the best results.

Scheduling Showings:  I make it easy.  Some real estate agents require the seller to arrange their own showings, but I believe that's my job.  I take care of coordinating appointments, arranging access to your home in the way that you feel most comfortable, and giving you as much notice as possible before each showing.

Regular Feedback from Showings:  Wondering how things are going?  I know how important it is for you to find out the result of each and every showing, which is why you'll receive feedback after each one.  All the feedback from each showing is posted on my client website and you are notified by email as soon as new feedback is posted.

Regular feedback allows you to ensure that you are presenting your home in the best way to attract a buyer and ask for the best price possible.  As well, when I, as your real estate agent, know what the feedback is from a showing, I can use my professional strategies for turning cool showings into warm prospective buyers.

Listing Updates:  Stay informed.  Every month I will send you a package of information created especially for your property.  It will show you up to date comparable properties that are currently for sale and recently sold in your area.  It will include a current market report from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, as well as a summary of the advertising efforts and action seen on your property.  You can always be confident that you are making informed decisions.

Accurate and Timely Paperwork:  You won't have to lift a finger.  Throughout the sale or purchase of a home, there is a lot of paperwork that needs to be completed.  From writing the contract, working with legal advisors, and dealing with inspectors, there are so many things that need to be accurate and completed on time.  And I will take care of it all.  From recommending reputable professionals to help with all the steps in the process, to communicating with your lawyer or notary about the final details, we will make sure it all goes smoothly.  It’s that easy.
